When I started KS Construction in 1988 jobs were scarce and workers were abundant. Now, with current housing prices and a recent strong economy, good craftspeople have difficulty living here and jobs are everywhere. Despite these radical shifts a couple of things have remained constant, one is the area in which we work and live continues to be a wonderful place, and two, if we cultivate good relationships with clients and fellow workers the rest will follow.
